Items will be crafted once payment has been received. Depending on what you have ordered, it typically takes 7-10 working days for hand crafting and delivery, as the items are handmade.

How does shipping work?
All products are handcrafted and washed before shipping in a sterile environment.
Orders typically take 7-10 working days to make before delivery. Larger bespoke orders may take longer to craft.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders placed and delivered in South Africa, the delivery costs range from R66 – R109 (outlying areas might be charged slightly more)
South African orders are delivered via Postnet or Pep.
The costs depend on the delivery address and the weight of the parcel.
We are working on alternative shipping suppliers.

Do you ship worldwide?
Indeed, we do! And, it’s super quick, too!
All international parcels are delivered with DHL within 3-5 business days after the fulfilment date of the order.
We ship to all countries from South Africa. A flat rate shipping charge for any parcel up to 2kg.
Please note that various import duties and taxes may be incurred on international parcels upon entering different countries. We have no control over these taxes and duties that may be incurred.

Refund and return policy
What is your refund/return policy?
Typically, we do not offer returns or refunds for our products. All sales are final.
Handcrafted crocheted goods are preferential, and we, therefore, cannot refund items based on personal preferences either.

How do I care for my crocheted goods?
Easy peasy…
- Hand wash or machine wash (in a laundry bag)
- Wash at max 30°C
- Use a detergent without bleach
- After washing, bring into shape and dry flat
- Do not tumble dry or iron
